Trout Lease 2026 Registration The Trout Lease Manager is Don Anderson who volunteers time each week feeding and maintaining your trout leases.  Be sure to email and thank him for making TROUT LEASE 2026 run smoothly. Contact Don Anderson at DonAnderson@thcff.org if you have lease access questions or need to report a lease issue. TROUT LEASE 2026 Registration CHANGES MADE for 2026 - Read Fully. There is one private access cold water trout lease available this year, Crabapple Creek, near Eckert Texas (search GPS destination 30.4315932, -98.7795159 to check the driving distance from your location).  This lease offers about 2500 ft (about 1//2 mile) of sight fishable cold water creek  which will be stocked with hundreds of 11" to 20" trout. Lease Applicants may purchase ONE LEASE MEMBERSHIP.  Access is limited to avoid over-crowding. Slots are awarded on a first come first serve basis until the lease is full.    Step 1:  Verify USPS Mailing Address Check the member profile information on your Lease Announcement Letter before you purchase your lease slot. Your Club Member profile address is the exact name and address your LEASE PACKET will be mailed.  USPS will only deliver to verifiable addresses (i.e. your shipping address must be listed in the national postal address system, no exceptions).  Additional expenses must imposed for time, materials, and postage for Lease packets mailed to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.  Lease Slots are purchased ONLINE or by mailed-check (NOTE: Lease requests secured by checks are held-back until the check clears your bank).  If you pay by check, the deposit must be received BEFORE THE ENTIRE LEASE IS SOLD OUT, regardless of the date on the check. Step 2: Purchase a Lease Membership Lease applicants must have an ACTIVE THCFF 2025 Club Membership to be considered for lease membership. There are FOUR (4) Lease Membership options to choose from. Pick the ONE option that best fits your fishing goals. Complete the Registration Process, confirm all of your information is complete before committing your Purchase. Lease Packets containing WRIST BANDS and PARKING PASS are mailed once verification the member has: PURCHASED a TROUT LEASE 2026 Membership. PURCHASED a THCFF 2026 CLUB MEMBERSHIP. NOTE: Members paying by the "Membership Auto-renew Credit Card System" have a TCHFF 2026 MEMBERSHIP by default. Step 3: It's your responsibility to read each lease email and then contact us if issues remain.   Each lease member will automatically receive an email confirmation upon successfully completing the online payment process. You will be notified of any registration problems by email as soon as a problem is discovered. You will be notified of the Trout Stocking date and the first day of fishing by Trout Lease Newsletter.  During the lease year you will notified of any lease maintenance dates, tournaments, temporary lease closing dates, or lease status changes by email. TROUT LEASE 2026 Packet Contents Packet contents are: President's Welcome Letter Release of Liability Agreement Lease Regulations & Lease Rules of Conduct  Lease Description and Map Blue-Glow Wristband (must be visible on wrist when visiting lease) Parking Pass/Mirror Hang Tag Please you make sure to read the documents enclosed in this packet. There are new lease sign/sign out instructions.  Lease members are required to identify themselves with the following items anytime they are on lease property. A light blue glow-in-the-dark imprinted TEXAS HILL COUNTRY FLY FISHERS 2026 wristband- must be visible on your person while on lease property.  A Parking Permit Mirror 2026 Hang Tag- must be visible on your vehicle mirror while on lease property.   About the Fish We Stock

  The Lease Manager is planning for two stockings (Dec & Feb) of Stocker Trout. Trout are purchased by the pound priced according to fish size, with costs running about $14.50 per pound.  The stocking numbers will vary according to the actual fish sizes delivered.

  Trout were ordered in the 11" to 20" range. 
  

  

  By completing the Lease registration Application you are acknowledging your full agreement to these following items: 
  

  1. Lease activity will be actively monitored by Lease Managers and Land Owners. 
  2. Sign-in sheets are inspected for completeness accuracy.  Be sure to "sign-out" whenever you leave the property.  This info is used to manage lease usage.
  3. Surveillance cameras are used at critical locations to monitor comings and goings.
