TEXAS HILL COUNTRY FLY FISHERS
This month’s program is a live, interactive Forum discussing the most productive streams and access points and fishing strategies of the Texas Hill Country.
The "Forum" is composed of fly fishermen totaling in excess of 60 years of exploring, guiding and fishing the streams and creeks of Kerr, Gillespie and Kimble counties:
These fishermen, all names familiar to us, will share their experiences and identify the more productive stream sections, fish species and riparian characteristics for more successful fishing of these local waters.
Attendees will receive hard copy maps indicating the stream areas discussed. Included will be Forum participant's narrative comments on each area compiled from personal interviews. You will want to be sure and not miss this program.
Invite a fishing friend and plan to attend. Get your spirit up, your feet wet and the fly in action today.
- Walter Curry, program chairman
The Fredericksburg Fly Fishers Club is available to fishermen (and certainly fisherwomen) desiring to promote the sport of fly fishing and related activities such as fly tying, and rod building.
