The Alamo Area Council of Scouting America (formerly known as Boy Scouts of America), is holding their annual Scouting Expo on 2 August 2026, from 3p - 5p.  The Expo is located in the  Skyroom at University of the Incarnate Word, in San Antonio.  [ MAP ]

Your Help Is Needed

You don’t have to be a CI or expert tier to help, just have basic knowledge about fly-fishing and be comfortable talking to kids that show interest. 

The Scouting Fishing Committee is seeking volunteers to:

• discuss fly fishing
• conduct casting instruction sessions
• volunteers to discuss and conduct fly-tying sessions.
